Banning Advertising Material from the Mailbox or the Door of the Apartment

Mailings “To one Household” can be stopped by signing a respective declaration at the relevant post office. For this, the residence registration and an ID are necessary.

The receipt of advertisement material with personal address can be stopped by entry into the “Robinson list”. It suffices to send an informal letter to the “Fachverband Werbung der Wirtschaftskammer Österreich”, 1040 Vienna, Wiedner Hauptstraße 63.

Advertising material at the door can be averted by a respective sticker, which can be ordered with an informal letter to „Postfach 7000“, 1171 Vienna. Please enclose an envelop with your address.
