Quality Management System
All times, RUSTLER-DIE VERWALTER has endeavoured to meet the customers’ demands and wishes, based on high professional standards, and to continuously increase the customer’s benefit.
In this context, we started to develop a quality management system in the year 2000, which has been certified in 2001 by the “ÖQS Zertifizierungs- und BegutachtungsgesmbH” (“Certification and Assessment Corporation”). Ever since, our quality management system is regularly reviewed by external examiners.
Based on the shaping of processes and methods, which determine our daily work, we constantly analyse, optimise and control the quality of our services and internal procedures. In this context, we analyse customer feedback, customer surveys, provider assessments and suggestions by our employees, in order to deduce and implement potentials for improvement.
Our employees’ commitment is one of the fundamental factors of success in this continuous improvement process. By means of regular trainings, appraisals and team building we are taking care of high motivation and complete customer orientation.
